That the people at Kläppen have high ambitions when it comes to play areas for downhill skiers has surely not escaped anybodies attention. Seven years in a row their Snow park has been chosen as the best in Sweden by the skiing magazine Åka Skidor. It was shown that ambitions with the bike park were high even last year which was the parks first. The park is a forest park with all its advantages. The spruce filled forest that hugs the mountain protects from the wind. The foundation is excellent where the moraine layer gives a good ground, when regarding both the slopes and for Cross- country cycling in the area. That the downhill legend Tompa Johanson has helped design the descents is an additional point that speaks for the park and shows it is worth a detour. -The best is the variation one finds here. It’s not just to follow the track down. Here one traverses, meanders, and can jump in the ramps, ride the rock rides or something else. Even if everyone can enjoy the cycling here we have invested a lot to do something for those that ride very much too. Besides all that, the enormously skilled cyclists, Jimmy Forss och Kristofer Olsson have developed the downhill trails ready for this summer. Kristofer is also taking the Bike Park Schools "Improve on Wheels" where the tuition is carried out with private instructors. You can choose between Free ride DH, Cross country or Dirt. Kläppen are also releasing a new fresh Bike Park website for this summer.
